Low level arcana items almost don't exist in the game (something like 0,001% drop rate), that why they are priced high. Once you reach endgame people are stuck farming there and drop rate increase to ~1% so worth nothing. They won't farm low level to lucky proc an arcana items once in 200h, they will farm for beyond lucky proc or more with synthesis.

the best item for sorcerer right now is that orb making it able to overcome the limit of 75% cd reduction. Lightning build AOE that clears the wave much quicker because of that item. Like every wave the sorcerer will use the lightning making it able to wipe out the enemy in an instant. The range still carry the team in the stage boss fight.
