What key do you press to access the command central?

I cannot figure out what key you press to acces the command central or admin on the unstable version, I can only access it by exiting out of my game and using it when it first pops up when I start it up again. Some more info would be very helpfull... thank you

If you mean how to open the console when you are in the game, you press the ?/ key. At least that is the key on my qwerty keyboard.
