VSYNC/framerate issues
From what I can see, the game is framerate-locked at 60 by default. However, by turning on vsync, the framerate can go above that, given a high refresh rate monitor(144hz in my case). Fortunatly the physics seem to not be affected by this, but some of the animations seem to be bound to the games framerate. The indicator which connection point is currently selected and the animation for the material-selection look a lot faster with vsync enabled(144fps) than with vsync disabled(60fps lock). This should be a fairly easy fix, since it only seems like the 2d-animations are affected by this. In teh future I would like to see an option to set a framerate-lock yourself. This is not hard to implement and offers more options to users.

Hi [GCC]Alex,
thanks for taking the time to let us know about this issue.
I hadn't tried the game on such a high refresh rate monitor, but indeed you're correct as some of the UI animations are (incorrectly) bound to the framerate instead of being independent.
We'll look into fixing that, and also allowing players to manually lock the refresh rate when vsync is disabled.
Thanks!
