Bug: on Windows in windowed mode, I cannot resize the window
In windowed mode, the game should allow me to resize the window and expand. Add black bars if you can't be bothered coding a flexible UI for arbitrary aspect ratios.

The UI is already flexible enough to accommodate different aspect ratios.
I haven't looked into resizing the window dinamically, given it's a 3D rendered context the normal approach is to change the resolution settings.
I will look further into this but not sure it can easily be achieved, as the resolution of the game cannot be adjusted in real-time by dragging a window.

Sorry for the late post, but I just got the game. So far im liking it a lot, but this windowed resolution/not being able to resize really bothers me. When in windowed, some of the UI is cut off, and since i regulary use 2 screens, fullscreen is not something I use at all.

Since you said resizing the window won't make it into the game, what about a custom resolution for windowed mode? Any chance of that?

The UI being cut off sounds like a different issue, what OS are you on?
You can resize the window by setting the resolution of the game from Settings.

I use 1080p for my resoultion. If i set the game to window mode, it uses the same resolution, but since there is a bar at the top that takes some space, I don't see the bottom of the UI properly, some of it is cut off.

If I want to set the resolution, the next one that is lower is 1680x1050, which makes the window smaller than my desktop. So the perfect solution would be to use 1920x1057, but I can't find a way to set it up.

I see, you can't set resolutions that are not allowed by the monitor (generally these are aspect ratio bound).
However I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, if you want to cover the whole monitor with the game window why not go fullscreen? The next best as you said is to have a game window that is slightly smaller than the monitor, which is generally the reason why some people prefer windowed games.

Well first of all, thank you for you replies. It's always nice to see developers helping, even if it's an old thread/game.

Yes, I would like to use full windowed mode so I'd be able to use my second monitor at the same time. If I use fullscreen, clicking on the other screen minizes the game.

So far im using a resolution that is a bit smaller, im more than happy with the game and it's not even a big gripe, but it would be nice to use fullscreen window.

There is no option to use custom resolutions via editing some game files?

You could attempt to manually edit the resolution using regedit but I doubt a non-standard resolution would work and is likely to cause a crash, but it's worth a try as life is full of surprises.

If the problem is the window bar at top taking up space you should be able to remove that by adding the launch parameter: -popupwindow

You will still lose a few pixels in a full-size window but should be more playable.

Yes! That launch paramater did the trick, it's just as I prefer it now.

Thank you very much Dry Cactus for being helpful, and thank you for making such an awesome game! ;)
