P.S.
James has an extremely cute ending. Well they all do, but that;s beside the point (:
Actually you DO NOT HAVE to be rude to anyone. It's about getting all of James's points, and has nothing to do with getting them with anyone else! The big one that trips people up is the dinner scene at the beginning where the character has a choice to laugh or not at Sam and Matthew stuffing their face. Anyone trying for James's route has to pick "...But I did." in order to get the point for him.
You don't have to be rude per say, but you have to stop any other boy's advantages and not show any type of affection to anyone else. I learned this the hard way too by also replaying James about three times when all I did was act calm when Damien was in my room lol. It sucks, but hey.
