Internal Resolution?
Does this game have an internal resolution that is being upscaled in a pixel perfect manner? Or is it capable of producing true 4K without upscaling or any other kind of trickery?

Sweet, then I guess I do not need to use Lossless Scaling. I suppose I should have specified in my question, but what is the internal resolution set at?

Depends on the window ratio for the height. Default is 420 x 240.
