How do you deliver gulkkt express parcels

So...I accept a mission to deliver a package. Fly to the indicated station and.... i can't seem to give it to them. There's no special options anywhere. Ask about work they have none. Show it and I get the standard message that the mizurani don't understand.
All I get for visiting the indicated station is infected, no mission complete.

Any idea?

Unfortunately... it sounds like the Glukkt space station has been destroyed by Mizzurani. But I think it doesn't matter because there seems to be no punishment for not completing the express delivery task.
