What button is R on the steam controller?

It wants me to press R to reset my view on game start, theres no such button on the steam controller??? My keyboard is in the corner so if i reset my view there and then go back to my play space i'll be in the "wrong" position?

If it is showing keyboard hints, then it has not recognised your controller. Trying pressing some controller buttons, and the hint should change to the select button (◀︎)
