Game error on 'Continental Tournament'

Hello there;

While playing (for the first time) the new game mode I faced two issues. The first one, a minor issue but still quite annoying, after entering the game mode, I displayed the nations and when clicking on Switzerland (last country you see without scrolling on said list), the game brought me back to the game menu, and my mouse pointer was nowhere to be seen, and clicking wouldn't work. Had to restart the game twice because of this.

After that, I played a tournament, won, tried to play another one, won first match, when tried to play the second game, this error came up:

Hope this gets fixed, the game is a little buggy but never faced this kind of errors.

This error still occurs in 2022
& one more bug is that sometimes beach ball become unplayable & ball doesn't cross the line as well as characters!
