Hi, try going to the Steam client, right click on Cue Club 2, then select 'Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game files'. Another thing to try is to navigate to the folder 'C:/Users/**User Name**/AppData/Roaming/Cue Club 2' and delete the file system2.dat. AppData is a hidden folder so you will need to make it visible through folder options.

I did the verification and deleted the entire Cue Club 2 directory inside AppData. The crash still happens. Would there be another directory or file I should remove?

That should be all the data. Please can you send the log file located at 'C:/Users/**User Name**/AppData/Roaming/Cue Club 2/log.txt' by email to support@cueclub.com and we will look into this for you.

Log sent. I also added the Direct X diag as well, just in case that might help.

Changing my refresh rate to 60 Hz stopped the crashing. Thanks for helping me solve the problem. :steamhappy: Is there a way to play the game at 59 Hz as that's what my monitor changes to after every restart?

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We've just added a small update that supports a refresh rate of 59 Hz (in addition to 60 Hz). The game will auto-detect this, so there is no need to change it manually.

My game runs when I restarted machine.

Hi, yes 144 Hz refresh rate is supported by the game. Glad to hear everything is running well. Just to let others know, the fix we suggested was launching the Steam Client in online mode, clicking on the 'Steam' menu item then selecting 'Check for Steam Client Updates'.
