Shi affinity

I can't access the Water Shi lock because my affinity is too low. My affinity is at 100, I thought this was the maximum?

Do you try to touch the lock with the char that actually has that 100 water affinity?

You cannot reach the affinity to 100, the highest is 83.

you can respecialise in water affinity which pushes it up to 100
