the game and your profile in Perfect World uses different user name, you must change the password for your profile on perfect world. after you're done, they'll send you an email asking if everything is correct or checking in that email is the actual name of your account Rusty Heart. this is my solution.

me too, I can log in to other Per fect World games but I can't log in to rusty hearts

example: on Perfecct World mY User is Kneakera but on game theUser is Hurtbadsan, you got it. the User name is diferent, the one way for you know the user name of rusty heart is changen the pasword in the E mail telling the User of game
