Seems sketchy to me. It looks like it's just an unofficial server and not official at all. It's hard to tell because there's no company being credited and it doesn't specifically say anywhere whether it's official or not. Also very sketchy if they're taking payments for cash shop items when they don't own the rights. No copyright or privacy policy anywhere... Be wary!

It is not an official server. They do not own any rights, practically nobody does; Stairways is nowhere to be found, even their HQ is long gone. So while Stairways is technically the legal owner, practically this is abandonware.

Revolution does not take payments, they take donations. While it comes down to the same thing, its fundamentally different.
