Giantica always raining and cloudy
Is this some form of bug?... for the past 4 weeks it's been the same but other lakes are fine. Any ideas?

When you look at the weather display, does it say 'live' in the top left corner?

If so it's taking the weather from the real world location, which is here:

Yes it's LIVE i new it was real weather but never actually looked at the real weather forecst for that area. I just didn't expect it to be raining for this long haha
