hi derk im new here and its a great sim to.....after the update is is great...1 year ago it whas a disaster (-: butt if you just work alone on this game than i say great work derk (-: butt i want more info about the bait rigs and spots in the lakes..because right now i catch just some fish about 4 kg....thanks

Try keeping it simple. Maggots - 18mm - Hair Rig and be accurate with your spod... try 2 spods to begin with over each rod. You should have fish in mins :)
I have had carp to 26lbs on that set up. Doesnt have to be boilies for big fish.

Maggots are great for night fishing, had heaps of cracking perch and carp on the maggots.
