XBOX One Controller

I use an xbox controller, I play all games normally. Yesterday I bought the pack of Metal Slug and when I went to play Metal Slug 1 presented problems:
- When pressed up a few times it does not take any action.
- Pressing two commands at the same time does not always work (which causes problem in throwing up or jumping horizontally)

I did not find any settings to fix this. What can I do?

Eu uso um controlador de xbox, jogo todos os jogos normalmente. Ontem comprei o pack de Metal Slug e quando fui jogar Metal Slug 1 apresentou problemas:
- Quando pressiona para cima algumas vezes não faz nenhuma ação.
- Pressionar dois comandos ao mesmo tempo nem sempre funciona (o que causa problema em atirar para cima ou pular horizontalmente)

Não achei nenhuma configuração para corrigir isso. O que posso fazer?

Same problem here, very disappointing. Maybe a refund? I have also problems with the resolution settings. P.S. I have XBOX 360 and ONE controllers. They should bring out a fix for the whole serie because of these problems. unplayable this way and i use BIG PICTURE so i do not use a keyboard for gaming.

Solved the controller problem for the whole serie. This is what i have done to make the controller work fine in BIG PICTURE: Go to Manage Game --> Controller Options --> Steam Input Per-Game: set it to Forced off. When you have resolutions problems when using Windows 10 --> Start --> Settings --> System --> Display: set scale and layout at 100%, alternative you can edit the properties of the .exe Compatibility settings..
