Fix: Failed to load jvm.dll
This fixed my server installation, it required both of these installed:
Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable_x64 Download [www.microsoft.com]
Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable_x64 Download [www.microsoft.com]

Probably same for client. Hope this helps someone.
