Try navigating to your WurmServerLauncher directory and launching the server directly from there, not thru Steam or thru the Cleint Launcher. If you have a problem with Visual C++ Runtime, for example, the only way I know to see those errors is by launching Wurm directly from Windows Explorer.
That doesn't look right, shouldn't it be 366220??
i am unable to get get wurmserver to launch seperately from steam. unless i'm missing something.

You can't do that? You can't double-click on the wurmserverlauncher icon to run the server?
Is this YOUR computer, set up and configured BY YOU? Because right now, the likely culprit I see is that the steam service is using separate login credentials from you, and you do not have permissions in the directories that wurm is installed to.
