How to RESIZE GUI?
Hello!

Can someone help me with my problem? I can't find out how to resize my GUI. There is no problem with render, but with size. Screenshot attached for you to see.

Unfortunately you can't resize the GUI as far as I can see.

This is very unfortunate.. I can't read anything while i'm sitting normally in front of my monitor. To read some text I need to stick to the monitor.

I hope for devs answer about how to fix this, because otherwise I've paid for unplayable game =(

There are some settings for text size at least. Maybe that will help some but I haven't really played with them much.

Thanks, but I already changed fonts size to their maximums (~"28, 28, 30" for each, or something like). That result you can see at screenshot.

The default size of the font is unreadable at all because of too small font size =\

BTW, I've looked into the gamedir and found folder named "gui" somewhere in files. There i found a couple of pictures/textures. I've tried to resize them with multiplier 300%. It helped only for CHAT textures and buttons a little bit. But other GUI things like Toolbelt, Character Window, HP, Stamina and Hydration are still at their default sizes. That meant that they are hardcoded somehow. But I'm not a programmer at all, so I have no idea how to make that GUI usable =\

Still hope for devs answer about solution...

Yes unfortunately I think the GUI is mostly hardcoded, and changing it would require Java programming knowledge and you would likely have to keep redoing your changes as patches are made to the game. It is something that I'd like to see fixed as well.

Really???? I put graphics all the way down to the lowest setting but EVERYTHING is too small to read! the chat box, the inventory screen everything is impossibly tiny. How the heck does anyone even play this game! :steamfacepalm:

I feel your pain... really.
The only thing to "scale up" gui in this game is just to use lower resolutions... But this is not a solution at all.

For me more playable GUI size at 1400x900 resolution, but when you playing at 32 inch monitor with 2560x1440... am i need to say that your eyes start to bleed? =\
