Both Wurm Online and Unlimited are made with being multiplatform in mind, so you can expect them to run the same on every supported system. Wurm Unlimited should have comparable performance to Online. :)

Update for any fellow Linux users:
Happy to report Wurm Unlimited is running great on on Ubuntu 16.04 so far. Pulling 70-95 frames in starter adventure area with most main graphics settings on Max and An. Filtering at x16.
