I guess I am stuck with this floorplan

I have a completed 2x2 house. All walls, floors and roof are in. I wanted to see what it would look like with another 2x2 floorplan attached to it. Just the wall part of the plan not the floor or roof.

I did not finalize the new attached floorplan so I though it would just go away or be given a way to just remove the attached floorplan. That is not what happen.

Do I have to destory the completed 2x2 house to remove the attached floorplan ? Or is there something I missed ?

You should be able to destroy a single floorplan, can't you target it and destroy it?

I am playing on my own offline server. This house is on my deed.

For the not finalized new attached floorplan
When I select the wallplan without any tool active I get this.

Ksea's cottage (wooden wall plan)
No target
Add to crafting window
Permissions
Emotes
Find on Wurmpedia

With a mallet active I also get these options.

Build - Tiimber framed
- Wooden

Wurmpedia says to remove a wall plan from a tile right click the tile and select
"Remove plan here"
I never get this option on this part of the plan or any option to destroy it.


For the completed 2x2 house. All walls, floors and roof are in.

I then get these options added to the list

Wall - Destroy wall
Rotate wall

Finalize the plan and try again.

I'm not sure it makes the difference, but worth trying.

I did not finalize this new attached floorplan when I added it to the completed 2x2 house.

I went back to do as you said "Finalize the plan and try again". The only thing is that I am not given that option now.

Could it be that when you add to a finished structure the new floorplan it is automaticly
Finalized ?

So here isa few questions.
If I put down a one tile floorplan and Finalize it , is there a way to completely remove this
Finalized floorplan ?

Or what looks like the frame of a building be there forever ?

I do recall it being a little tricky, but yes, you can remove it. Try clicking in a different spot on the tile than where you have been trying.

Thank you all for all the help.

I was clicking on the wall plan and not the dirt tile. With a Mallet active I clicked on the dirt tile within the floorplan near the wall plan and got Remove from plan. So now I only have the completed 2x2 house without that attached floorplan. Thanks so much again.

Also my Body_strength is 29.64
