My characters are missing

Hello! I stopped playing some time ago, but i decided to give another try. I was pretty sure i would find my old toons in the game, but for some reason all of them disappeared.

I don't want to start over again. Any help?

Try logging into your account at the website. I think there's a support option for recovering accounts/characters. If not I'd reccommend putting in a ticket for support.
