not sure about on the car but in the little chat box thing on bottom right it will tell you if you hit it and activated it and when it ends.
Actually thinking about it, on the wheel, there is that engine mode which should always be at 3 during the race (top left of the display on in car wheel). I believe that should turn to 4, which is the 350kwh setting. During practice you can just go into that by using engine mapping buttons (cannot remember the name right now) and go up to 4 anytime you want, but during race you cannot go higher than 3. So when going to attack mode I am guessing that changes to 4 like it does during practice when you do it manually.

I'm not sure about the numbers listed above. In the .ini file that allows you to turn off Attack Mode when racing against the AI, the level is set to 2. If you go into setups and change the level to 300, that shows up as 2 on the dashboard. On the dash, 350 conforms to 3, and 1 to 250 and 0 to the lowest setting. I don't race with Attack Mode on, so I'm not sure if anything is different with the numbers when using it.
