There are issues with some running 24H2 and the latest ghub causing ffb problems but I think this is unrelated to the rf2 problem. Funnily enough when I did run 24H2 and the latest ghub only rf2 ffb worked. Everything else, rf1, gtr2 etc did not work.
Also not blaming 24H2 here I'm sure that is ghub related as people are running the latest windows with earlier ghub builds and they all work fine. I just chose to roll-back windows. So long story short I think it's a rf2 problem. On my system anyway..

It affects multiple wheel manufacturers, not just Logitech. So if you have a Logitech keyboard or mouse, it will affect all wheels.
Logitech are aware of the problem. The temporary fix is to uninstall the G-HUB, download G-HUB version 23.1, Turn off automatic updates.
There has been no updates to rFactor2 for some time, as Studio 397 have been working on Le Mans Ultimate only since 2023.
The Formula E update, are just skins/advertising banners for a individual car, and tracks.
