I,m not 100% sure but i remember you have to select the car and install or update manually in in game at content menu.

Know that when in content menu yuo,ll see alot of other cars wich you can install but wich you not own until you buy them.
Only after purchase you,ll be able to drive the cars.

Yes it strange that in content menu you can install cars wich you not own...
So be sure you have bought the car.
If you see a red X next to the car of an Orange , means you have not bought the car.

Not exactly:
- green v - means the item is installed
- orange v - item is not fully installed or needs update
- red x - item is not installed
- orange x - item is not fully installed, updated or used by mod
- red triangle with ! - item can't be installed because it needs additional and required content

If you download item which is not bought the icon will be green v but the car or track will be grey instead of white and have an 'special' icon next to it.
