this game doesn't keep track of your hot laps but i thing ther is some third party plugin to do just that.
RF2 auto records replays with your fastest laps.

I assumed it would keep track of MY fastest laps (and ghost car them?), but I'm hoping to be able to compete against the world's hot lap times. Besides the obvious - search the web, write the best times down, and compete that way. While hot lapping, it's nice to know if I'm 72nd or 109th or 3rd (ya right :-) in the world on Silverstone for example.
I just don't really want to spend the time to get everything configured perfectly, and then discover that in order to access any hotlap times I need to be a subsciber.

but, does it require you to upload a file after playing? The plugins in AC, (not to always compare rF2 to AC), add a onscreen list of hotlap times while you're playing.
Is that possible in rF2? I just found it really adds to the 'just one more lap' joy of hot lapping.
