Input Lag with Logitech G27
Hello everyone,

I've been experiencing an issue while trying to play Rfactor 2 on my Windows 11 PC using a Logitech G27 racing wheel. The wheel works perfectly fine with iRacing, but when I use it with Rfactor 2, there seems to be a noticeable delay between my real-world input and the in-game reaction. This lag appears to affect not only the wheel but also the throttle and brake pedals.

I've tried adjusting the force feedback settings and other calibration options without any success. The delay persists, making the game feel unresponsive and affecting the overall gameplay experience.

I am currently reinstalling the game to see if it fixes the issue, but I thought I'd reach out to the community here in the meantime to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I used the G27 for years and yes I had a slight delay with it. It was especially noticeable on hairpin turns such as the hairpin at the 70 Sebring track (rF1). Because of the lag it would ovrersteer exiting the turn. On the more open turns it wasn't so noticeable.

I don't know of a fix for that.

I have since moved on to a Fanatec full system and no such problem.

Try disabling the Steam input system in the controller settings. (right mouse button on rFactor 2 -- Properies -- Controller). I have no big problems with the G27, except that the G27 itself is the problem :) Windows 10, old Logitech drivers (5.xxxx)
