I'm sat in the pits like a dummy, unable to move.
I've tried it on advanced and normal mode and no difference, I just can't move.
The wheel works fine on AMS2, ACC and R3E, just start the game and drive.
This game is a big mess....
Turn auto pit lane to off.
For some reason this was stopping me driving out at the start of a session.
The bad news is there is absolutely zero force feedback.
I used to love driving my GTE cars around nords, just hot lapping.
The feel was phenomenal, now.....nothing.
This game is 1 step forwards and 2 steps back.
Instead of being able to load up and play, you need to load up and pray....
I've managed to get the ffb working by mapping a button on my wheel to "Reset FFB" so it's all working like it should.
To be fair, it's overly complicated though and required a trip to youtube to finally get it sorted....
I just turned Clutch to min in calibration settings
Hope it can help
In the academy mod they use a sequential transmission which according to my research on the academy model was not available. The academy model was the low cost entry model racer.
If your using an H shifter they don't work well in sequential and can cause big problems. You should however be able to use the paddle shifters on your wheel.
I quit driving the Academy mode for two reasons. I don't like sequential shifting and I didn't think it was realistic to that car. The other Caterham mod uses an H shifter and to me is more realistic.
As a side note I have a Fanatec controller and it will due sequential, I just don't like sequential shifting.
