Running rFactor2 in Steam offline mode

I live in an area with poor internet (80kbps ish) and have had issues trying to run rFactor 2 in Steam offline mode (I can't be online when someone is working). I was wondering if there is something I can do to be able to run this when my computer is offline.

It works fine when I am online.

should work perfectly, just start with desktop logo rather than through steam.. select the single player helmet logo in main menu.. choose 'all cars and tracks. select your choice of track ,car and create your race day settings ie. weather,dificulty,race type and duration, rules, etc etc and away you go

You just have to make sure its up to date,eg,no updates sync etc.It runs fine offline,i too have crappy internet.Unplug your pc from the internet,just incase they sneak a update in,.cheers

It's doing the auto subscribe to workshop items before opening to the launcher. That is where the hang is not opening when it is offline.
