FLYING LAP
I have found in qualifying session under the monitor in the Garage you can ecelerate time with (CTRL) (X) held both at the same time. I noticed if you run a practice or qualifying lap under acelerated time you go super fast. For a flying lap like the Rocket fuel used in F1 in the 90's:steamhappy:

There is a lot of trash about this GAME but i love it. There are BUGS.
*Slow pitsops with no characters in the garage.
*You have to use the AI to exit the pits to prevent doghnuts.
*It wont count your finishes into a championship points system. (I use Mocrosoft exel to colect race points for drivers in a simple spreadsheet)

But With all the mods to cars and tracks you will never need another sim again. Codemasters is launching F1 2015 soon and i have the cars of 2015 already. And Codemasters has gone all arcade and un realistic. rF2 reminds me of the simpler games i ran in the 80's like Geof Cramonds Grandprix from 1992.:steamhappy:

rFactor 2 will work better on older systems.
I bet the chassis for 2016 will be out around xmas.

You can use rF2 Log Analyzer's championship manager to automate points tracking and more.

They are not bugs.

Pitstop time, with variables, is set by the mod developer, not rF2.
Variables will make the pitstop longer.

If you don't "request pitstop" it will add time, if you did "request pitstop" but get there before the pitcrew is ready it will add time.
If you don't stop at the right position in the pit box it will add time.
Even tyre changing and refuelling can have variables.

Exiting the pits does not need assistance.
Obviously if the car has a pit limiter use it.
If you still lose control then it is most likely your right foot that has a bug.
You can't expect to floor the throttle and not have traction problems.
There is alays the Traction Contral aid you can toggle on and off.

I'm fairly sure the accelerate time feature only works in single player but I didn't think it could be used whilst driving.

Pitcrew animations, I never understood peoples fasinaction and seemingly high level of importance to have this feature.
It is of no benefit gameplay wise and would only add more strain on the computer thus probably less FPS.
