Nope, it will redownload them next time I believe.

Well my rf2 install is only 9.96gb .
I just subscribe to ONLY the content I want!
Why subscribe to all the other tracks and cars you never drive on,just un-subscribe them in the steam workshop, and keep the stuff you really like!!

Ок, simple I like to try new content ) For me its very strange - why hold archieves after installation? Rhetorical question, of course )

S397 needs to address this. Workshop content should never occupy twice the disk space the mods have. Instead of the game being, say, 40 GB, it's nearly 80 to me.

you can not delete the steamlibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\365960 folder . . . but you can move it . . . from a SSD to HDD for instance

well isnt that kind of your problem you have a ridiculous amount of mods downloaded?
=ADSTA= 22 MAR 2020 a las 6:48 a. m.
Correct HighRoLa, nothing stopping them unsubscribing from content.
Content they actually never needed to download in the first place but someone new to rF2 isn't going to know that.
I do think it's poor form by S397 to auto subscribe all that content on install.

A little option not many seem to know, edit this line in the Launcher.config to read as:
Disable Workshop Auto-Subscribe:True

The problem isn't "content you don't need to download in the first place", but SPACE YOU SHOULDN'T NEED TO GRANT for a game that does things in a dumb way. It doesn't matter if it's 5 or 50 GB, if any other game doubles the amount of disk space used by it's mods then it's called a dumb design decision, but on rFactor 2's world people question if you need 40 GB of mods (which is awesome, it's a moddable game in the end), not the fact that the system occupies double the amount of disk space needed and the fact that it's completely stupid to copy the downloaded mods into a game folder.

You and your first world problems. Grow up and get over it.

Purely a question...Is it an rFactor2 issue or a Steam issue? I assumed AC didn't use the workshop because of this....Have no real idea though.
