Are all your Fanatec Firmware and Drivers up to date, and not whatever Windows has tried to install?
In rF2 Options / Controller did you click the Detect button on the bottom right of screen?
Did it detect your wheel?
Did you Load then Save a Fanatec preset from the Controllers list?
Did you adjust any FFB settings in game?
Or on your wheel?
Lastely, have you done a google search for "rfactor 2 csw v2 settings"?
That should keep you busy for a bit.
Yes to all your statements except for searching for "rfactor 2 csw v2 settings" I will keep fiddling with settings seeing what works and what doesn't and hope someone here can post their settings.
Sen=400
FF=100
Sho=OFF
Abs=95
Lin=OFF
DeA=OFF
Dri=OFF
For=60
SPr=OFF
DPr=OFF
And when i boot up the wheel it says 142, may or may not be the latest as im good with settings im using, hope this helps..
btw, the Sen = 400 setting above from phxmc is very very very bad. Do not use it unless your car is specifcally setting at that wheel range. everything else on his recommendations above is good to try out.
interesting on your results, so what is your Sen set at, i would like to try your setting..
(If you are comforable with SEN = 400 then by all means stick with that. But as anyone will tell you having one default SEN setting that low makes the car twitchy and easy to oversteering)
I bought and installed this used CSW V2 base about a month ago. I am guessing my Fanatec software property page install and base setup did not fully take on my PC. After going back in to the Fanatec software property page and hitting SAVE (even though I did not make any changes) I turned off wheel and PC and when turning everything back on all was well. Looks like a human error or sumfink.
happy racing!
Now this slow driver can work on trying to beat the rF2 AI on a setting above 90!!!!
