by default, steam should of downloaded everything from this page when installed.

It says i own the game, and that its in my library

Also, steam workshop isnt all user-made content. All vehicles and tracks made by the devs are in the workshop. Says "created by Image Space Incorperated" under it.

Make sure you have Subscribed to all the official ISI rFactor 2 default content, in the rFactor 2 steam workshop.

Then follow and subscribe to Studio 397 official rFactor 2 content, studio 397 are now the developers of rFactor 2 and future content will be released via their rFactor 2 steam workshop.
