If those mods are rfcmp or rfmod files, locate (or create) a folder called Packages and place those files in there. Then use the package manager (box like icon) to manually install those mods.

It's a bit more work to install and maintain mods this way, which is why we recommend mod makers to use the workshop.

But what if those Mods are no rfcmp or rfmod files? Right now I can't install a track that would just have to be moved to Locations folder (like in RF1). I did it but the track isn't available ingame.
So how can i install a Track that doesn't come as rfcmp or rfmod file?

What if you cant find the rfcmp file in the package manager, how do you change that?, I downloaded this mod: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/lola-t290.7812/ , From Racedepartment and I cant see it in the Package manager, the same with a GT40 mod.(Thank you in advance)

I just downloaded the Lola and it shows up in my Content page of the Launcher.
At the bottom of the Content manager, make sure the directory address for the Packages folder is the same as the the Pakages folder of your rF2 install.

We agree that it is this folder I have to put it in?

Yes that is the folder.
If that picture shows everything in your rFactor 2 folder then you are missing a lot of stuff.
I suggest you verify your game files.
Right click rFactor 2 in your Steam Library.
Select Properties.
Select Local Files tab.
Select Verify Integrity of Game Files.

Okay I will check around 3.00 PM UK time

Good luck mate. A new install won't have anywhere near the amount of loose files though. Like =ADSTA= said verify first and if that doesn't sort the issue I'd re-install rFactor 2.
