Wherever you installed rF2, the folder level up alongside "common" there's a workshop folder full of lovely informatively named folders.

rF2 path ..../steamapps/common/rFactor 2

rF2 Workshop path ..../steamapps/workshop/content/365960...

Edit: Oh, if you want to know how to identify things without trawling through the folders (I was being sarcastic above), go into the Steam client settings and tick the "display URL" box in the "interface" tab. Then when you visit the page of a workshop item in the client, you'll see the seemingly random (it's not random but it might aswell be) number in the address. This will be the same number for the folder in the Workshop directory.

Of course, because workshop is terrible, you probably don't care for specifics and want to unsub everything once it's transferred, in which case, consider the above useful information that can be used in other similar ways concerning pages on Steam and "randomly" numbered files in your Steam folders.

Yeah, heh, I know. In the case of rF2, the rfcmp files are reasonably well named so far as I have found but you have to dig through folders to find them. In other titles with workshop, it's not always so clear. I think sometimes they are encrypted so you cannot edit and redistribute them.

But if you enable the url in the Steam client you can still work out what's what if / when files and folders are badly named was my main point. So, rFactor 2 is steam app 365960 for example. The only way to know that is with the url or by searching for it on Steamdb or similar.
