Once you have it downloaded and located, you should know which files to put where as the folder structure follows the rFactor 2 install. Essentially, if you have Bin64, Bin32 and a Plugins folder, you just want to merge them in the rFactor 2 root directory.
Once that is done, it should appear in the Plugins menu under options where you will then need to enable it.
Heh, that's not right. In that folder you should find 3 more folders that I listed above. Bin64, Bin32 and Plugins.Move those to the root directory of your rF2 install.
Hmm, I'm fairly sure it should appear once that has been done but you might just need to press CTRL + SPACE when loaded to the track.
Are you running any modified d3d9.dlls? For SweetFX or anything like that?
One will toggle the entire overlay on and off, the other will open the ingame configuration menu. If I remember correctly.
