~How do i install this external mod track (no rfcmp file) ??

im trying to install this track

I have it downloaded and unzipped in the downloads folders
there are no rfcmp files
inside the folder there are a couple more layout variation folders and some .mas files
inside the above mentioned two variation folders there are some .aiw, .cam, .gdb, .scn, .tdf, and 3 .jpgs
I have watched this video and many others, its no help

I have found my packages folder here under
E: steamlibrary>steamapps>common>rfactor2>packages
is that where it should go?
I tried installing the above folder there and it does not show up on the Rf2 launcher under the little box icon, or in the game.

Please help!

I bought RF2 for this one track, its all I wanted, its the home track I race on in real life.
I have already tried version 1.1 of TWS in the workshop, I want this updated 2.0 version.

I have even tried signing up for the paid pro subscription on the site in the first link with the track so I could use the "1 click install" but as soon as that program launches it crashes.

Help!

You can find a copy for rFactor 2 at Race Department and other sites... Here's a link for you:

Is it the oval you race on? The old 2 mile oval like Michigan. Or the road course?
