Any games like this except that they aren't bs?

This game is pretty fun, and addictive. But the amount of things overly reliant on luck and guessing is absurd. It really kills the fun for me to be so deeply affected by randomness and less by good play. It's sad because I want to love the game but it's too frustrating how little control you have.

Enter the gungeon was affected by luck... a little. You could always win if you played well, though. That just isn't there case here. It's tossing dice every 4 seconds.

I'd recommend Shattered Pixel Dungeon that was released just recently on steam. It is a Pixel Dungeon mod that is way more balanced and enjoyable to play. It also has a lot more to offer than the original PD. Without challanges, an experienced player will win every game. Ofc there's still RNG to account for, but there's always a way to finish the game
