You don't. The current executable for SkyrimSE.exe is 1.6.1170 and you need to download skse 2.2.6 from https://skse.silverlock.org/ or https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30379

Don't worry about SE versus AE distinctions; skse only version checks for SkyrimSE.exe and it doesn't matter if you have the AE Upgrade dlc or not. Do not install any version of skse that is not for the version number of SkyrimSE.exe you have installed right now.
