skse memory fix not working in standard edition skyrim

well, title is self-explanitory, the memory fix isnt working, i keep getting prompted with

"WARNING: SKSE memory fix is not active on your game! make sure "data/skse/skse.ini" has DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768 or higher under [Memory]"

that directory does not exist in all my folders, skse.ini is non-existent, aling with the data folder, the fix it tells me isnt applicable with me since i cant follow it and all the skse.ini files i can find just have

"[General]
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

[Display]
iTintTextureResolution=2048"

the game wont function properly without the memory fix, it cionsistantly crashes

The Data folder is in the Skyrim folder so Skyrim\Data\skse\skse.ini

You have to make skse.ini but you can just download it from here[www.nexusmods.com]

If you absolutely don't have a data folder then you're missing 99% of the game itself. Verify the games integrity through steam to redownload it then launch skse_loader.exe (or whatever it's called). I think the skse folder gets created when it's run for the first time though so i don't think you have to create it.

ay, it fixed it, sweet, i had to create my own skse.ini and copy all that stuff into it, dunno what happened to the original. thanks for the help, was doing my head in for a few hours... im tech dumb
