Help! SVG export

Old "Freestyle SVG Exporter" seems not to work anymore 'cause we have built-in add-on now named "Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) 1.1 format" which can actually do import but not export and all this "freestyle" stuff is now useless. Can you please let me the Blender version number when "Freestyle SVG Exporter" does work? Need vector output

The steam version of blender has limited rollback range, but if you look at the official blender website, I'm pretty sure you can install any version of blender that's ever existed. So if you happen to know which version you used the addon with before, you can just go get it.
