If your scene is taking 5-6 minutes to render could very likely be an issue with your render settings. As for your lighting, it could be an issue with your light settings or with the geometry surrounding your lights. I built a spaceship scene and rendered it in eevee. Took about 10 seconds to render one frame. (101 objects, 111,545 verts, 218,205 edges, 106,726 faces and 218,685 tris) Mind you, I don't have a "new pc." I've owned this pc with all the same parts for about 3 years now.
I did encounter issues, though they were more of a fault of my own rather than the render engine being eevee and I was able to come up with a workaround to avoid them in my project. When building your shaders, I find it can help a lot if you have your goal in mind.
"the problem is not in the program, problem with your setting and how you use bledner"
what settings?
this wreck can't even render a regular scene with several light sources.
in 4.1 this doesn't happen at all, and in 4.2 the light flickers and the scene glows as if it were a buggy game.
A regular test render of a tree in 4.2 or 4.3 ends with leaves shadows disappearing and reappearing every millisecond. while in 4.1 this doesn't happen, everything going well.
I mean that blender is being updated in some strange direction, and soon it will simply become completely inconvenient to use.
What should I show you, blender adept?
The default render settings EEVEE are the wrong settings, how should I set it up, set everything to 0 and turn off ray tracing, turn off everything, and instead use cycles, alo?
"Your wrong setting" ...
Maybe in general
- "to avoid problems with EEVEE next, you need to not use EEVEE next"
I don't even want to see to this nonsense that I'm doing something wrong.
I don't know why you're here asking for help if every attempt offends you
This post not about HELP.
It's about how bad working is Eevee next, and people are silent about it, they take all the nonsense that the blender developers are shoving for them right now.
Where did you see a request for help in the post? You are used to the fact that all posts that highlight problems are questions about help, and you are already applying this to my post. Completely not noticing that the post is about something else.
You are not understanding the essence, not being able to analyze information, SHAME!
"why you're here asking for help" wow...
This is what I'm talking about, eevee next has a ton of problems, people's silence and ignoring of these problems indicates that the majority either don't care, or they are ready to endure.
Citizen, instead of embarrassing yourself here, better spend time with book, with your abilities it would be better to start with the primer.
It will only be to your advantage.
Citizen, where personal attack?
Friendly advice for your self-development, it will be much more useful for you than sitting here in the comments and writing frivolous thoughts.
aww you're using big words
Look, i've got the entire bottom half of Vice City with eevee next setup properly for editing, and i'm having none of the issues that you're describing. it's almost like knowing what program you're using helps
