Report a translation problem
for 32bit http://download.blender.org/ftp/sergey/softwaregl/win32/opengl32.dll
and for 64 http://download.blender.org/ftp/sergey/softwaregl/win64/opengl32.dll
once downloaded just put in the directory of blender

I just downloaded blender 2.77a and the issue is that a CMD-window appear, it doesn't do anything. I tried to download that .dll (64bit) and pasted it into the directory. It's still doing the same thing, CMD window pops up, but nothing else is happening from there. I've used blender before with no problems.
I am running Win 10 64bit
Close blender..
Go to run dialog with Win+R
Type "%appdata%" without quotes
look for a folder called "Blender Foundation"
Run Blender

This fixed it for me!
Any other suggestions on how to get it to launch successfully through Steam?
