Need help with alligning vertices in Blender UV editor
The vertexes in my extracted game model are extremely strange. It has the desired shape, and when I unwrap it, I already get little islands that don't even need seams - however there's a catch. The strange mesh vertices are also lined up extremely strange in blender, causing the islands to not be in the correct shape as seen in the image below:

As you can see if you look closely and zoom in, the premade islands match the general outline of what the image texture is and do not need seams due to already being split up. But the extremely poor alignment of the vertices when unwrapped is the problem. There are way too many points to do a manual move (I'm also a noob, first project and please don't criticize!). I just don't know what to do anymore, I've messed with I think every tool I can playing around, but I just can't find out how to align this, youtube UV tutorials don't help because all they go over is making seams. If you can't help me, may you please attempt to link me to someone who at least knows? Thanks and please have an amazing day.

The textures had the exact same deformities as when I unwrapped initially.
i asked how UV were looks like before u did unwrap, because it sounds stupid that u need to unwrap things after ripping the model. You either using the wrong texture or youre doing something wrong

The UV was all over the place for some reason, just lines and points randomly scattered.

I've updated the album where the other screen shot is:

By the thanks for taking the time to try and help me with this!
I think you should check ripping setting with whatever software you rip the model. Because ripping with broken UVs is a cancer thing on terminal stage. Or maybe importer settings

I'm afraid I already checked that, there was no change. I attempted extraction from another game and everything was fine there though. Odd!
