Donation from Steam

I know, 30% goes to Valve.
But Blender Foundation can request Valve to make an exception, because a lot of people do not have access to credit cards in many parts of the world - including me - a dude from Bangladesh.
I can certainly get one but it's COMPLETELY pointless using it here since local alternatives get the job done, and most people here don't buy stuff from abroad directly due to high taxes, they simply ask one of their friends to bring it during travels.. I'm just one guy among millions who DO use Blender but don't have credit cards, so adding a donation button would be really helpful. Most players in Asia buy Steam wallet codes instead of using credit cards.
