which do you think is the best Blender version?
im new in this blender world, and i started using the 3.5, should i keep on that way or should i change it?

The best version is the newest that works. Which is usually the newest. But if you are having issues with it, go back one until it's fixed.

The newest one, I usually work a lot with hair particles and geometry nodes, fortunately they made those better in the recent patches

Any current LTS is generally the best for stability.
