Camera movement randomly breaking
Normally I use the scroll wheel to move the camera around (while pressed) in the last update 3.4 the camera randomly stop working in the middle of the movement or moving despite having the key pressed, this did not happend on the previous version and going back has actually fixed it but still important to point this one out to get a fix on the 3.4 version.

I also tried changing the configuration or starting a new project, nothing worked so far beside just rolling back (thank god there is roll back)

Are you sure this never happened in earlier versions? To me this sounds like the classic camera alignment issue that being frustrated with is a kind of rite of passage for blender users.
Try pressing . on the numpad to center the camera on whatever's selected.

Of course I could be completely wrong.

Yeah no issues before, and its works properly in 3.3 in 3.4 it breaks like everysecond is not about the camera position is that the whole moving the camera breaks, it stutters, stop responding or does reflect all the movement considerable seconds later, like the whole camera aspects becomes very unresponsive, despite the fact that everything else works normally during that time

Gotcha. Sounds like a nasty stability issue then, which isn't unheard of given this is a newly released major update.

And everything else is responsive even while this happens? That is weird indeed. File a bug report over on the Blender website, maybe they can fix it.

Edit: Also, just to be safe, try a different mouse to see if it's the culprit.
