'Get Extensions' Isn't working. Any Ideas?

As the title says, I can't download extensions from the repository. I also tried going to the extensions page on the blender website but the page timed out on me. This has been happening for the past few hours. Is blender having some server issues on their end today or is there a fix I can implement to access the repository from the application? Lemme know if more information is needed. Right now, I can't even browse the repository in the 'Get Extensions' tab.
