You can import the individual models into Blender, but you cannot import a dupe as-is.
To brind over GMod content into Blender the hard way, you'll have to
— locate where the GMA (addons) files are, usually in "steamapps\workshop\content\4000"
— extract them using GMAD, located in "steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin\gmad.exe" by drag-and-dropping the GMA file into the EXE
— import them into Blender, like with the SourceIO plugin by REDxEYE
Then you're free to recreate the content of your dupes in Blender.
