Any way to make blender control more like 3ds Max?
Specifically the control of the camera because i am currently learning on 3ds Max and wanting to use blender to make sculpting

in what way do you mean? i've only ever used blender so I dont know how they compare. if you're lookin for an easier way to move the camera, if you dont know about it already, you can use shift+` to move the camera with wasd and qe

Very lots of noticable different like 3ds Max middle mouse pans and pressing alt makes it rotate while blender rotates the camera and not panning it or 3ds Max zooms at the cursor while blender doesn't which is very jarring and hard to control like someone who uses 3ds Max like me

You can go to the preferences (in "Keymap") and set Blender to "industry compatible". That might already do some of the things you want. And then you can manually change all the settings the way you like.
